This feature is available only for those accounts who haven’t promoted any posts yet.
As AdWeek reported today, Instagram enables new advertisers to create Instagram ads without linking the account to Facebook Manager. Obviously, only Business accounts are eligible to utilise the feature.
Those brands and businesses which have already connected their Instagram pages to Facebook (as it used to be required) won’t be able to use the novelty and disconnect their accounts from Facebook, either.
